Dr. Andrea Lawrence —better known as Dr. Drea — is more than a leader, she’s a movement. Born in Jamaica, raised in Brooklyn, and now blazing trails in Florida, she embodies empowerment and legacy. A single mom of two boys, professor, and doctorate holder in Organizational Leadership, she now serves as a Regional Leader helping families achieve financial independence through the 50 Families Movement.

As founder of Mazii Learning Center, she bridges generations with intergenerational literacy.
